Totally replaced mechanism, somehow covered under cpo warranty. All better, no law suit, nothing owed, $175 credited back. Happy customer. I love Ashley!! More

Got the job done but not a great client BMW experience. Very poor arrival experience. No greeting or anyone telling you what to do or what was going to happen. Four different BMW service employees in their open work areas talking about other employs and clients, but no one actually helping a customer. Finally had to ask what the process was and then some guy came over. Just expected a lot more from a high end dealership. My service tech once we got going was nice and got things done. I enjoyed the level of communication and very much appreciated being able to communicate via text. More
