Defective door handle freezing in winter, 2018 540xi, disassembled, nothing wrong, $175, pickup, broken mechanically, I’m told that’s it. Enter Ashley the wonderful service manager. Totally replaced mech disassembled, nothing wrong, $175, pickup, broken mechanically, I’m told that’s it. Enter Ashley the wonderful service manager. Totally replaced mechanism, somehow covered under cpo warranty. All better, no law suit, nothing owed, $175 credited back. Happy customer. I love Ashley!! More
