I was FUMING..i start gettin pissed.. mgr sees this, just ignores me......so back an forth he sends his salesman like some troll and eventually offers me 29k.All i wanted was some appreciation ..a hello and explanation would have gone so far..b4 i leave i ask if can get free floormats, not too much to ask..no prob..i get a call on wed, its otis from bmw..otis? "wheres ed?" ... "oh they fired him, i'll be handling yur delivery.its here, friday is good.." fri comes and i remember i my spare is blown....should i pretend i forgot or be honest..im honest...."w're charging u $179 for the tire"...i walk over to the M3, its got mats..ahhh, some satisfaction.....now i go over to do all the paperwork, ..BUT as i look down wats this, $124 for floormats.....i thought they were thrown in..nope, the sales mgr said no..fine, redo all the paperwork i dont want them..
