I purchased my pre-owned certified 328xi from New London and decided to have my care serviced at BMW of North Haven since it is close to where I work. I asked that I be fit in the very day that i made the call, that I needed to be back to work so my wait could be no more than 1 1/2 hrs. Staff were great, all pleasant and I was in and out in an hour. My car was even returned to me looking new since it was also washed. BMW of North Haven has my vote! I will continue to use them in the future. More

I had a breakdown on the highway in NY on July 5th and had to have the car towed back to No Haven. I talked to Bob who said I can get it fixed asap and a loaner when I get there and worked to get the fees had to have the car towed back to No Haven. They replaced the front brakes as well and the rotors turned out to be defective. I called Nicole who had me get in asap and had a loaner set up. Jerry handled the service fantastically. I cannot express enough how great the customer service is. Nicole, Pauline and Rob are always happy to help and listen. They are truely a professional team and BMW should be happy that they work there. I have bought 2 BMW's from there and although I had some issues with the cars, everything gets resolved by them. I have and will continue to recomend BMW's and BMW of No Haven to everyone. More
