In over 30 years of driving, the worst car and dealership experience I've ever had. In six months, my 535xi wagon has been in for service six time - four of which it had to be towed because it could not be d experience I've ever had. While the service staff is generally courteous and friendly, the sales and management staff are a joke. As a woman I feel like they are patronizing. Will NEVER, NEVER own a BMW again. The entire staff is easy to work with. I can get an appointment within a day or two of the day I am available and they all are willing to accomodate the time. I purchased my pre-owned certified 328xi from New London and decided to have my care serviced at BMW of North Haven since it is close to where I work. BWM of North Haven far exceeded my expectations for se and decided to have my care serviced at BMW of North Haven since it is close to where I work. BWM of North Haven far exceeded my expectations for service. I needed headlight replaced and had the front license plate loose on my car. I asked that I be fit in the very day that i made the call, that I needed to be back to work so my wait could be no more than 1 1/2 hrs. Staff were great, all pleasant and I was in and out in an hour. My car was even returned to me looking new since it was also washed. BMW of North Haven has my vote! I will continue to use them in the future. More
