This is my 3rd BMW from North Haven and Basal has been my salesman for all 3. I live in Greenwich and it takes me almost an hour to get to the dealership but it's worth the trip........he's always been grea salesman for all 3. BMW North Haven and Basel continue to be the best dealer I have over done business with. Basel continues to provide me the most competitive pricing and helps me get the exact vehicle I'm looking for. Brought my car in for a hood sensor malfunction. They said I needed a hood sensor and a new CAS module costing $1000+. Took the car to an independent shop who fixed the hood sensor for free, they found said I needed a hood sensor and a new CAS module costing $1000+. We had our eyes set on a particular vehicle and Mr. Combs took his time to explain everything pertaining to the automobile in great detail. My family and I went on a test drive and we were delighted. The whole process was both quick and stress free. Ultimately, we purchased the vehicle on the spot and to this point we are very content with the purchase. Mr. Combs went out of his way to make sure we were both comfortable and knowledgeable of the vehicle we just purchased. I went back a week later, changed my mind on the one I wanted again ... no problem, we took another ride, again no pressure! Financing with Victoria was fast and super easy... They gave me a great deal on my trade-in, and just to boot Chris dropped off a set of all-weather floor mats at my house this evening he'd mentioned when I bought the car (and I'd actually forgot). This dealership only cares about making sales and do not listen to the customer's wants. The sales person was absolutely great and lovely but the car was over priced and not what i wanted. I called multiple times to try and exchange the car but they brushed me off. I am never going there again. I would definitely go to BMW of Ridgefield in stead. More

Chris was very attentive and accommodating to my needs. I went in for the first time on a saturday 10 minutes before they were to close. he was still able to let me take a quick spin around the block and I went in for the first time on a saturday 10 minutes before they were to close. he was still able to let me take a quick spin around the block and briefly discuss the car. i told him my timeline and we kept in touch during the next week. he is no pressure. i ended up going back later that next week and spent over 3 hours with him (he was very patient) and ended up buying the car - the perfect car for me and a great price. he spent a lot of time with me and made sure we were well informed before the purchase. i have recommended him already and will continue to do so!
