My wife and I where in the market for a new car/SUV, and we both loved the new X3! The salesman Basel Saad, was very professional and went above and beyond in assisting us in our purchase! Horrible experience. I brought my cr in for what was supposed to be. Simple repair. When I cme to pick up my car I had another issue going on wih it when I started I up. I went inside to let them know a supposed to be. Simple repair. When I cme to pick up my car I had another issue going on wih it when I started I up. I went inside to let them know and my advisor acted as if it wasn't big deal. They denied that threy had Nything to do with it. To this dy they haven't fixed the problem. Thi is common at this dealership. Always different people in service when I go there. I guess the employees get tired of the crap that is pulled there. Maybe it is time for new upper management. Do not go here if you have a choice. I have since started to go the BMW of Bridgeport and am so much more pleased. More

From the time Joe approached me as I walked around the lot looking at different BMWs, Joe was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I let him know what I was looking for and he was able to show me a few d lot looking at different BMWs, Joe was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He also spent a good deal with me showing me how much my car payment would be for different cars I was looking at. As for following up with me after I left, Joe did not call me multiple times per day as some others had! He called once and was brief and polite, which I appreciated.
