Purchased a used 528XI that was not serviced by the dealer and had issues two days after taking the car home. Car would not start when cold, engine malfunctions, hand brake did not work, front rotors w dealer and had issues two days after taking the car home. I had 1200 miles to go before next oil change. I could have waited a few weeks before I had the oil change, but before I knew it, paperwork was written up so I went ahead a let them do the oil change. I SHOULD receive some type of discount for the next one, but maybe I'll just take it where I can get the job done for half the price. Bringing the COST of an OIL CHANGE in line with what most other places charge will encourage more drivers to return to the dealer for an OIL CHANGE, which at $152 is EXORBITANT. EXTREMELY TOO HIGH!!! More
