There was never any pressure and I was able to get the car I always wanted and at a price I was comfortable wit times and answered all my questions. I was greeted promptly upon arriving in the service garage, and then quickly found my way to the service desk. The service rep there took my information and I waited for a few minutes to meet with Jerr garage, and then quickly found my way to the service desk. Jerry arranged for my rental car, while the car was in the shop for a few repair items that he detailed for me. Jerry was very clear about the type of work that would be done to the car. Upon returning my car was washed and ready for driving. The overall experience was top-notch. More
The service is really bad at this place, they will fix one issue and send you home with a new problem. Its a never ending process of maintenance on a car which is supposed to be "The Ultimate Driving Mach one issue and send you home with a new problem. Very friendly, honest and as a first time BMW owner, willing to answer all of our many questions. Rick, the salesman, was patient and followed through when he said he would. Victoria, the finance person was great. She made short order of the reams of paperwork and explained the financing options clearly. And Chris, the young man who showed us many of the controls and operations of the BMW was amazing...he was clear and immediately knew the answer to all of our questions. Overall, a good experience.
