I HAVE ASKED JERRY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY CAR WHAT SHOULD BE DONE AND WITH HIS EXPERIENCE AN I THINK JERRY DEFELICE IS A BIG ASSET TO BMW OF NORTH HAVEN. I HAVE ASKED JERRY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY CAR WHAT SHOULD BE DONE AND WITH HIS EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IAM VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS OPINIONS.HE IS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS AND COMPASSIONATE PERSON.HE ALWAYS WAS HONEST WITH ME AND ALWAYS RECOMMENDED THE IMPORTANT THINGS THAT MY CAR SHOULD BE SERVICED.HE ALWAYS CHECKED THE PAST SERVICE MY CAR HAS RECEIVED AND THEN RECOMMENDS WHAT SHOULD BE DONE.HE CERTAINLY BELIEVES THAT SERVICE IS A MUST NOT A MOTTO. No Leadership Skills Nicole the service manager has little or no leadership skills and apparently has done little to encourage her staff to be the best they can be. My 20 Nicole the service manager has little or no leadership skills and apparently has done little to encourage her staff to be the best they can be. My 2013 was in for routine service and on the way to pick it up in the 2014 BMW loaner I was rear-ended on the highway. My first thought was to call the service department to find out how to proceed. The person answering MADE NO INQUIRIES about injuries, instead immediately informing me that I would be responsible for my insurance deductible before placing me on hold for 5 full minutes. The next person I spoke with also expressed only an interest in the $500 and a police report, not injuries before placing me on hold again! After an additional 5 minutes on hold the CT State Trooper asked me to hang up so I could provide the usual information. I phoned back a third time and finally reached Nicole, the service manager who had one single agenda, the $500 insurance deductible again never asking about personal injuries. No one in the service department once asked about injuries to the occupants of either cars. When I asked Nicole where on the loan agreement it said I was required to forfeit the deductible she didn't know and had to read the entire agreement while I was on the phone with her. As the manager she should know what she has her customers signing, she did not. I don't know how Nicole got this position but her and her staffs incredible insensitivity in a traumatic situation questions her management skills and leadership and although overall my experiences at BMW of North Haven have been good. I cannot give my service or repair business to a department with a manager without any humanity and I suggest the readers of this consider the same. More

The finance person (I am sorry I can't remember his name) is one of the nicest people I have ever worked with at a dealership. He actually had my husband laughing and at ease which is not easy to do. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Overall experience was acceptable My overall experience was acceptable however i was disappointed in a few things. 1) No one mentioned to me that i would be responsible for paying f My overall experience was acceptable however i was disappointed in a few things. 1) No one mentioned to me that i would be responsible for paying for extra mileage once i turned in my vehicle. i did not find out about the additional expense until the day of delivery while signing documents. 2) No one looked at the car i was returning until after i left on the day of delivery of my new car which then required me to come back and re-do paperwork. Upon inspection of my old car they realized it had some options they wanted so they asked me to come back and return the check they had given for 3 remaining payments on my old lease. 3) Bluetooth audio still does not work - during delivery and walk through of the vehicle the delivery specialist had trouble setting up bluetooth audio - this still does not work 4) My BMW accounts all seem to be in my former married name, not my current and legal name - the registration is in the correct name but everything else is incorrect. I cannot complete set up of BMW assist until i contact BMW center to have this changed - my monthly bills are also in my former name (which has not been my legal name in 2 years). 5) I specifically requested no advertising on my vehicle - no stickers or license plate holders. when i picked up my vehicle there were dealer license plate holders…not a huge deal, just a nuisance since i asked to not have this. 6) 3 days after picking up my vehicle all 4 tires were low and needed air More
