Brought car in for service Everyone was very pleasant and directed me where to go the minute I pulled into the driveway. Very impressive. I don't remember the girls name, it was either Ashley or Wendy. She was extremely apologetic and took the car and washed it herself. She was awesome. Took control of the situation and made sure I left happy. She's a keeper in my book. More
Great service This was a great dealership, they guided me where I needed to pull up and there was a gentleman waiting to take my name and information. Ashley was excellent - she kept me fully informed My proplem was more complicated than most as my car was stalling intermittently and not throwing a code. Ashley arranged a loaner car and the sevice d My proplem was more complicated than most as my car was stalling intermittently and not throwing a code. Ashley arranged a loaner car and the sevice department did not give up until they replicated the issue and found a solution - new fuel pumps. During the 10 days my car was in the shop, Ashley provided regular updates which let me know that the sevice department was not going to release the car unless they were confident the problem was solved. Since receiving the car it has not stalled at all so they did properly diagnose and fix the problem. Normally a 10 day turn around would not be acceptable but with Ashley providing regular updates it let me know that the BMW Sevice department took my complaint seriously and did not want to release the car even though it was a difficult problem to diagnose. More
