Simply stated, Josh provides top shelf, five star, unparalleled customer service-- whether you are leasing or buying your first, second or third BMW! Josh was super responsive and attentive to every wish and questions I posed. I live in Washington DC (yes Washington DC) and the deals Josh has structured for me in Connecticut (yes Connecticut), were unmatched across several states (Virginia, Maryland, DC, Delaware, Philadelphia, NJ and NY), and have been worth the trips over the past four years from Washington DC to Connecticut to lease and purchase three BMW vehicles! Josh is extremely knowledgable about all BMW series and features and made each interstate lease and purchase effortless. No haggling necessary, if you do your research, you'll know Josh is offering you the best deal. I made the trip in 2015 for a X5; again in April 2018 to trade in for a 2018 X5; and again a month later in May 2018 to replace my husband's car for a beautiful 2015 BMW Certified Pre owned 640i Grand Coupe. While not a high pressure sales person, Basil instead, very professionally understands how to move a person to a sale, without over complicating the decision making process and without overt pressure. He excels at reading what his clients wants and needs are. And he is intelligent enough to let the transaction process percolate, allowing it to play out and the client to come to a positive decision, as was my case. I purchased my car as neared its lease end and BMW made the transaction more attractive by eliminating the final 3 months of lease payments, building in a loyalty discount, and lowering the price of the car to the point where it made sense for me to purchase it. I don't delude myself by thinking that the dealer did not make a profit, but the experience was pleasant enough and the afore mentioned financial incentives made the decision easier. More

Liked the screen with info on your car's progress. I had a nearly new battery that came out of my family's 3 series wagon and I wanted to put it into the 2011 328it to replace the original. I could hav I had a nearly new battery that came out of my family's 3 series wagon and I wanted to put it into the 2011 328it to replace the original. I could have done it myself but apparently the car's computer has to be reset to recognize a new battery to prevent overcharging. The estimate to just CHANGE the battery was approx $190 as I recall because BMW calls for 1-1/4 hours to change a battery!!! My car was there for the airbag recall, which in itself was inconvenient, so I would have thought there would be a nominal charge to change the battery, not $190 worth of service time. The above was responsible for my 4 star rating. I did like it that the dealer instituted the easy hookup for SiriusXM radio for 2 month free service and I am familiar with that service. So that was a positive. More

low class customer service, from a overpriced "high end " d I brought in my truck to be serviced on Jan. 3rd, it is now January. 16 and my X5 is still not ready.
