Fantastic Experience Been coming to BMW of North Haven since purchasing our first Bimmer vehicle back in 2000. Ashley R. the service manager along with Alison (SA) and all the technicians treat their customers as family. I have never been disappointed with any service at this business. From the moment I contact them for an appointment, to the Greeting I receive the morning of my visit, to the great work the techs do in diagnosing the problem, and repairing it, and picking up the car after the work is done.
