The car that we wanted that got sold the next day so they told us that we can order the new car directly from the factory as we would like and they can give us the same good discount on the new car also. They told us it would take 4 weeks but it took 6. But the wait was worth the wait. Very excited to get this x3. Taylor was their bmw genius. It was a smooth and hassle-free process, partly because I had leased a vehicle from here a few years ago, I bought my 2019 BMW 330Xi from this dealer. It was a smooth and hassle-free process, partly because I had leased a vehicle from here a few years ago, and my records were still on file. I was a repeat customer, although this time I was buying, not leasing. Since then I have made a couple of unplanned service trips - one for a tire blowout and the other for software recall related work. Both times the service experience was good. When the recall related fixes required leaving my vehicle overnight, I received a loaner. Overall, I have known this dealer for about 4 years and the experience has been very good. More
Service Department are crooks and encouraged to gouge Bought a CPO 2016 BMW. Rims were scratched and service due soon. They should have taken care of on the spot but the sales person said "no problem" bring it back anytime to schedule to get fixed on us. Well, my wife brought it back and was told, gee, you should have brought it a month ago, and we only agreed to fix 2 of the rims. Wife took a picture of their White Board for service sales goals, and guess what, our service rep Alison, was the #1 seller of services, so of course she has every incentive to deny us what should have been free service. I spoke to her manager who was even worse, and she had to gall to try to sell me a "maintenance" contract. They also refused to fix a tire, so had to have it replaced at their crazy full price and didn't get rebate they were offering. Stay away from them. Sleazy and unethical business practice More
