Not thinking about needing to make an appointment to look at cars, we showed up at the dealership on a Saturday in Sep. We were promptly greeted and was assisted in looking at a few cars of interest. Features of the cars were explained well, albeit overwhelming on the 750 model. After a test drive we were pretty much sold on the 750 but also wanted to check out an Audi A8. The 750 won out and Stephanie made the purchased process easy and quick. Also there was an open recall so she promptly worked out a date for the service and when the wrong part was received, she offered us a loaner. Stephanie made our experience a very positive one in the purchasing aspect as well as ensuring everything was perfect with our car! We will definitely return to BMW of North Haven when we are in the market for a car or SUV again and of course, we’d be sure to work with Stephanie again. More
