I had an exceptional buying experience at BMW of North Haven! My Client Advisor, Stephanie Mismas was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and reasonable. As a female looking to purchase a car, I have h Haven! My Client Advisor, Stephanie Mismas was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and reasonable. As a female looking to purchase a car, I have had many prior experiences with condescending and pushy car sales people who look to intimidate female buyers into a purchase. I was pleasantly surprised when Stephanie was honest, patient and answered all of my questions. She was respectful of time and made the entire processes extremely efficient. This dealership is about 50 minutes from my house, with about 4 other BMW dealerships within 20 minutes of my home. However, the experience at BMW of North Haven truly made it worth the extra drive to receive the service I got. I highly recommend Stephanie and the team at BMW of North Haven. More
