I walked in yesterday 3/15 without an appointment and had my car serviced for a flat tire. Everyone I interacted with couldn’t have been more kind. I was charged $4,000 in a PANDEMIC!! Initially my bill was 2,000 service woman calls me a week later and tells me the 2k I’m spending for the part is going to be worthless in WEEK if I don’t buy new air b was 2,000 service woman calls me a week later and tells me the 2k I’m spending for the part is going to be worthless in WEEK if I don’t buy new air bags tacked on another 2,000 you would think a billon dollar company during a crisis would offer relief options for their loyal customers i also requested an oil change to be done the service woman did not fulfill this request my car was returned to me filthy inside and out! Worse than when I dropped it off my belongings inside were thrown around & my car now has a horrible stench! I’m Very disappointed and unsatisfied with my BMW experience on so many levels if their were an option to give ZERO stars that is how i would rate this ordeal More
