I was thrilled with my experience at Cain BMW. Eric was very knowledgeable and explained all the vehicle's features. He even offered to stay late to help me. I never felt pressured at all. When I went to pick up the car, it was spotlessly detailed and had a full tank of gas. The whole experience was excellent and Cain will definitely be my first choice the next time I'm looking for a vehicle. More
