My new car purchase from Cain BMW was a very pleasant, non-preasure, efficient dealing. Eric was very willing to investigate every request of myself. As you can imagine, we were able to agree on a price for the car very quickly. Eric did exactly what he said he was going to do and was willing to do what ever I asked of him. I was thrilled with my experience at Cain BMW. Eric was very knowledgeable and explained all the vehicle's features. He even offered to stay late to help me. I never felt pressured at all.
