I found salesman Eric Worley to be genuine, cordial and honest. His efforts were directed at providing a sale that was fair to both the consumer (me) and the dealership he works for. At no time did I fee honest. His efforts were directed at providing a sale that was fair to both the consumer (me) and the dealership he works for. At no time did I feel pressured or squeezed. He did not make up answers to my questions - if he didn't know, he checked before answering. Sales manager Randy Turner followed up with a conversation that made me feel very at-home with my purchase. He also took the time to intorduce me to the dealership owner, Brian Cain. All in all an excellent experience from beginning to end. More

My new car purchase from Cain BMW was a very pleasant, non-preasure, efficient dealing. Eric was very willing to investigate every request of myself.
