I actually live much closer to another authorized BMW dealership in the Akron area but had worked with them in the past on a vehicle other than BMW and was very unhappy with no only the "price games" but also the service. I always felt as if they were doing me a favor instead of simply helping a customer... Cain on the other hand has been quite the opposite. They acknowledge that I am a paying customer through their actions - this is something we all deserve to experience when purchasing vehicles. I would highly recommend Greg Haines and Cain BMW for anyone looking for a BMW or a high-end used vehicle in the NE Ohio area. More

From the very first visit I had such a wonderful experience. Randy Turner showed me a couple small SUVs that I woudl be interested and let me test drive the ones that I was interested in.
