I actually live much closer to another authorized BMW dealership in the Akron area but had worked with them in the past on a vehicle other than BMW and was very unhappy with no only the "price games" but also the service. I always felt as if they were doing me a favor instead of simply helping a customer... Cain on the other hand has been quite the opposite. They acknowledge that I am a paying customer through their actions - this is something we all deserve to experience when purchasing vehicles. I loved the fact that I was able to take the car home for a couple days to see if it was what I really wanted. I then found a couple things wrong that I wanted checked before I did purchase the vehichle. Greg got me right in to the shop and gave me a wonderful rental car while the Escape was being looked at and fixed. I had such a great experience and everyone was very friendly and explained all of my questions and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need or want.
