I drove from Prospect, KY to N. Canton, OH on Sunday night to buy a 2008 650 BMW CPO convertible from Erik Worley of Cain BMW. This was a wonderful experience. I have bought a lot of great cars over t night to buy a 2008 650 BMW CPO convertible from Erik Worley of Cain BMW. This was a wonderful experience. I have bought a lot of great cars over the last 40 years. Never have I had a car salesman offer to buy my dinner (on his day off). I declined his invitation, because I would arrive well after the dinner hour. But I was really impressed by this was a true example of going "beyond the call of duty". As agreed I met Erik at 9 am sharp at Cain. The beautiful car was just as Erik had represented in several phone calls. Cain and Erik were very easy to work with and did everything they promised. Many dealers in the Columbus area are not helpful, or customer oriented as they have the monopoly on the cars being sold in the area - without competition. John was great! Very friendly, professional and courteous. I flew in from out of town to get the car and was promptly picked up at the airport by a representative from the dealership. The only problem was on the mechanical side of things. Halfway through driving the car back home my oil light went on. I discovered the vehicle was very low on oil and did not get inspected properly. I called John and he was very quick to help rectify the issue. They reimbursmed me for the oil change and were very courteous and helpful with the whole situation. More

I live in Columbus. I was interested in a couple of vehicles from Cain BMW. My dad who lives in Akron went to check the vehicles out and met salesman Erik Worley. I knew approximately what type of deal I would be making before I made the 2 hour trip. I met Erik, decided on a vehicle, and drove it home that day. The process was stress free and I had a great experience with Erik. There was no pressure or hidden fees. Everything was up front and simple. Appreciate the honesty and integrity.
