Cain BMW was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I am a fairly well informed out of town buyer looking for a quick, trouble free, no hassle deal on a 5 series BMW. Was looking for low mile us had. I am a fairly well informed out of town buyer looking for a quick, trouble free, no hassle deal on a 5 series BMW. Was looking for low mile used, however I saw a Cain ad on AutoTrader that had some aggressive prices on new vehicles so I called and spoke to John. They were so aggressive on pricing that it was a better deal for me to purchase a new 2012 rather than a used. As part of the deal I was trading in a vehicle, but due to the distance I could not bring the vehicle in for an advanced inspection. John asked me to send detailed pictures and a description and they quoted me a price over the phone and honored it when I arrived (no hassle over condition or other issues). This deal was so efficient that I was able to get it done with a couple of 10 minute phone calls and when I arrived I signed the papers and was on my way. I even requested that their finance group not waste my time trying to upsell me when I arrived, they didn't it was quick and easy. John and the folks at Cain are extremely professional and I will not hesitate to make a 3 hour drive to deal with them again. I highly recommend calling John if you are looking for a BMW. More

He also minimized my wait at the dealership when I arrived to pick up my car, which I really appreciated since it was a 3 hour drive one way. This is my second purchase from Cain. As long as people like John continue to be there, it will not be my last. I do not know why this website requires a login to provide feedback. I would wager a lot of people provide great feedback then don't finish it when they get to the login/register screen. More
