The new (to us) pricing was fair, and the trade offer (while lower than planned) was explained and ultimately acceptable to us. Financing was straightforward; and while offered, we didn't get pressured to add on incremental warranties and extras. More

Crazy service experience 2008 535xi with 150,000 miles was running rough. Had other mechanics look at it and they could not fix it. It took a couple trips and lots of detective work and they fixed the car. It's runs like new. I also had them do the suspension. Chris in service was easy to get in touch with, kept me updated, and (not sure if I should mention this) but worked with me on price. This is not the closest BMW dealership, but for service I will use them from now on. More
