First Time BMW Buyer, Great Customer Experience When I finally came across the exact X3 model I was looking for, locally even, I was excited to get the process completed. My initial call to Cain I had the pleasure speaking with Paul, whom gave me the respect I was looking for in buying a car. We scheduled a time to test drive it later that day. Upon arrival, the X3 was out front ready to go. Paul was able to work with me and in a few days I was driving it home. What really stood out was that Paul said, "He wants me to be happy." Well, happy was getting the keys to my first (of many) BMW. John Romell also assisted in the sale and spent the perfect amount of time going over the car features while being quite knowledgable with everything and Eric Meyer were great too when signing the paperwork. Paul chatted with me over the internet and then called me to follow up. He worked with BMW Finance and got us a great deal. We drove up on Saturday and Paul was there to greet us and make us feel at home. He had the car perfectly detailed and ready to go for our drive back. Working with Greg in Finance was easy and then Paul was there with BMW keychains and hats to make our purchase feel even more special. On Sunday - yes, Sunday, the day after we purchased the car, Paul reached back out to me to make sure we made it back to Cincinnati safely and that we were still happy with the car.
