excellent service I was looking for a certified pre-owned BMW and had visited 3+ dealerships in the Cleveland area, none of which were willing to negotiate. I found a vehicle that I liked through the Cain website and within 20 minutes I had made a deal over the phone. I went to pick it up the following day and I met John Romell. I was late due to heavy traffic but they all greeted me nicely and were very pleasant. I test drove the vehicle, completed the paperwork and was driving my new car home within a couple of hours.
