He very quickly found the exact car I wanted and I had it in just a couple of days. I have never had such an easy time buying a car and plan to buy the next one from Frank as well! More

I visited severl dealerships in the RI, MA, and CT areas in search of a preowned vehicle. I am a retired policeman and former retail business owner who is familiar with the importance of good customer servi in search of a preowned vehicle. I purchased my 2006 BMW X5 from BMW of Newport finding their staff, particularly Milton Rodgers, exceptionally freindly and informative. There was no high pressure and my questions and concerns were all addressed. I have purchased dozens of vehicle over the past 30 plus years and have never been treated with the professionalism shown at BMW of Newport. This dealership, and again in particular Milton Rodgers, showed a level of customer care that I have not experienced before. Mr. Rodgers began the sale and continued throughout displaying a true caring for my needs and concers and followed up with contact to be sure my wife and I were satisfied with the vehicle. I will certainly do business with this dealership again and will recommened them and Milton Rodgers to my associates. More

My husband and I had a great experience on 3/31/09 at BMW of Newport. We actually showed up at the dealership at 4:30 and were in our new X5 and driving home by 7:30. From the moment we arrived on the lot Ke of Newport. We actually showed up at the dealership at 4:30 and were in our new X5 and driving home by 7:30. From the moment we arrived on the lot Ken was a professional and we felt like we had known him for years. It was the most pain free experience we have ever had buying a car. Michael the sales mamager was also kind enough to come out of his office and congratulate us on our new purchase and welcomed us to the FAMILY. Ken Golini was the sales person for both of these cars, and his attention to detail in every regard was flawless. The check list for every item ordered on the 2009 was delivered exactly to the "T", and his endless attention to detail required several phone calls, and much patience. His attitude and demeanor is always gentlemanly, soft-spoken, and calm. As for the used BMW, he personally delivered it to my home on Christmas Eve Day, as a way to reserve the surprise for my son, and then carried through in sending us an owner's manual two weeks later. His workmanship in the car sales industry shows far above the call of duty. Because of Ken, I would conduct business with BMW of Newport again. Sincerely, Carol L. Jerry was a pleasure to work with. He was very accommodating and answered all my questions. As a woman, he made me feel very comfortable and respected. I can't say that another BMW dealership has accommodating and answered all my questions. As a woman, he made me feel very comfortable and respected. I spent alot of time searching dealerships for the car I wanted. Once I was approached by Ken Golini. Right away he understood my needs and knew what I was looking for in my new car purchase. The sales experience at BMW of Newport was outstanding. From the moment my wife and I stepped into the showroom, the red carpet was rolled out... from the sales associate up to the General Manager. I have purchased at least a dozen vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the most hassle free, enjoyable experience of them all. It's clear that this dealership has outstanding leadership - every customer facing employee appears to be on the same page and executing at a high level. Frank "held my hand" through the whole process and in the end felt like family, wishing me well and very supportive. Before owning the vehicle less than a month, I inadvertently placed two CD's in the player end felt like family, wishing me well and very supportive. Before owning the vehicle less than a month, I inadvertently placed two CD's in the player, "jamming" the player. Frank reassured me, they took the radio system apart, resolved the problem and even washed my car for good measure; all at no charge and sent me off with a Merry Christmas. Not to mention they picked me up at the time of purchase, gave me a ride to the bank, waited and then took me to the dealership where everyone I would be dealing with introduced themselves. Frank later took care of the registration (again even had my car washed) and gifted me with a new BMW key chain.He takes care of me, even after the sale has been sealed answering any questions I may have about the mechanics of the vehicle. When I arrived at the BMW dealership I felt battle scarred by my experience dealing with aggressive salesmen. By the time the transaction was completed, I felt like I had a new brother; such was the care I received. Recognizing I was getting overwhelmed by the whole car buying process, he took care of everything for me, I have a beautiful car and he steered me in the right direction with a car that meets all my needs. I feel nothing but gratitude and appreciation for the service provided. Women are not particularly automobile savvy and typically we feel at a disadvantage, so I am particularly grateful for the service provided. More
