In the past month, I have brought my M3 in for an oil check and to remove my winter tires. Both times, Jerry Haas and his staff have provided me with excellent service, with the minimum wait time. Another example today of the "extra mile" that Jeffrey and his team to service the cusstomer. They took an extra no charge road test to check out a front end issue. They even cleaned the inside of my wi and his team to service the cusstomer. They took an extra no charge road test to check out a front end issue. They even cleaned the inside of my windshield when I mentioned my recent shoulder condition prevented me from doing it. All so this with the best smile and pleasant disposition one could ever ask. Have to say, I also use another BMW dealer where we spend our winters ... and while professional ... somehow don't leave me "clicking my heels" as I do when I leave this dealership More

Excellent service. I called in with a car problem and was able to take my car in that same day for service. I was also provided with a service car to use since my car had to stay overnight. They are the BEST in USA in terms of exceptional service, and there are no exceptions !!! I have stayed in many places and I own two BMWs. But I would rather travel 100 miles than giving my cars for service and there are no exceptions !!! I have stayed in many places and I own two BMWs.
