If it wasn't for BMW of Newport, I wouldn't be driving a new BMW because the only other dealership in the state that sells BMWS made my last buying experience (and subsequent service trips) horrendous. Since I purchased my new car last week, Mark has stayed on top of things, dealing with registration issues and continuing to check in on me. To note, the car I bought wasn't even on the Newport lot - Mark found it elsewhere and had it shipped to RI for me. I recommended a friend who also bought a new car from him. As a single mother, I have gotten the run around from so many salespeople trying to tell me why they couldn't discount the sticker price or having $1000 processing fee added in at the end of the transaction. Mark was so down to earth, I had done my research and he gave me a great price for the car I wanted right off the bat and a great price for the car I was trading in, which was not even a BMW!!!
