It was my pleasure to do business with the team at the Newport BMW. In particular my personal experience working with Mark sold the deal. Never did he tell me they closed once he learned that I was coming before 6pm he made the arrangements to stay and keep it open for me. Unbelievable customer service! More

Mark was so down to earth, I had done my research and he gave me a great price for the car I wanted right off the bat and a great price for the car I was trading in, which was not even a BMW!!! I highly recommend Mark and BMW of Newport to anyone, but especially single parents, he's very trustworthy. More
