My son, Steven, offered to correspond for the lease with BMW of Newport by telephone while living in California. All of the communication with Steven and myself was very professional and quickly responded to with accurate detailed information. Right from the first telephone call in response to my email, Nicholas Beeckman, Internet Manager, was professional and without pressure. Michael Richard, Client Advisor, did a great job in a courteous and informative manner. Jason Smigel was a great part of finalizing the lease agreement. All of the above were very helpful to my son in procuring the new BMW SUV 28i by telephone. I would highly recommend BMW of Newport to anyone who wishes to lease or purchase the "Ultimate Driving Machine". More

My wife and I were casually looking for a third "play" car. We had looked for new ones at the Automall but did not find one we liked. I had seen the certified white BMW convertible on-line and we "play" car. We had looked for new ones at the Automall but did not find one we liked. I had seen the certified white BMW convertible on-line and went look at it. Mark Tortolani showed us the car and went with us for a test drive, exerting no pressure at all. Our concern with the BMW was the high milage...53000 without a maintenance upgrade. Mark was very patient as I explained I would not buy the car without the extended maintenance. We left the dealership without the car and Mark called us back several times asking what it would take to sell us this car and offering some options. Mark did this without any pressure and finally managed to include the extended maintenance. At no time during this process did I feel any unease or pressure. I would go back to buy another car or recommend Mark to a friend. More

Because we had not received the service we had come to expect from BMW locally, we drove to Newport with the intention of just looking. We were treated extemely well by Mark Tortolani and shown all option expect from BMW locally, we drove to Newport with the intention of just looking. Not only will we buy our next car from them, I intend to bring my friend here from D.C. when she is ready for her next car. I did not realize it at the time of purchase, but BMW of Newport will pick up my car for service when it is needed. What more could I ask? More

Both Justin and his Sales Manager Jay Smigel handled our account with kid gloves. Our 2012 535i is INCREDIBLE, and the deal we settled on was outstanding. I live in Warwick and originally visited the Warwick BMW dealership first. My experience there was not very good. I felt like I received a poor offer on my trade in and a poor price on the car. I spoke with Nick at BMW Newport over the phone first as I was initially concerned with driving to Newport. I was assured that if I made the drive I would not be wasting my time. Nick was right. Right from the start I was greeted kindly and in a welcoming manner. The receptionist, I do have to say, is one of the most friendly and polite people I have met anywhere. I sat down with Nick and discussed what I was looking for. He found me the exact car I wanted. We then started the negotiating process, which was as relaxed an experience I have had in buying a new car. I also worked with Jim Tarbox and finishing our agreement. He was very professional and fair. In the end I got the exact car I wanted and at a price that was very fair and significantly better than my experience in Warwick. I would absolutely recommend BMW of Newport and Nick Beeckman. More
The first time I visited the competitor dealer (BMW of Warwick), none of the sales reps even glanced up from their desks to great me. I returned to Warwick BMW another time, and received acceptable service, however the sales rep there never called to touch base after my visit and test drive. After narrowing my choice down to a BMW X3, I went to BMW of Newport to get out of the Inskip conglomerate. I was not disappointed. I was greeted by Justin Moniz immediately, and he took a lot of time explaining the vehicle to me, going through features on the floor model, and then accompanying me on a test drive. The trade BMW of Newport offered me on my Murano exceeded that offered by BMW of Warwick, and that clinched the deal. I highly recommend visiting this dealer, and asking for Justin Moniz. Frank (his name does not appear in the choices above) in the finance office also gave me top notch service. I'm thrilled with my purchase. More
