John and the service department could not have done a better job servicing my car. John was very professional over the phone, he handled all of my concerns and went above & beyond to help me out. Mark and Bill at BMW of Newport are really genuine and helpful. I think I asked over a hundred questions and both of them did not get frustrated at all. WHen I drove the dealer that was the price I got (I drove over 140 miles). I appreciated their help and the time they took to walk me through my options. Best car dealer experience I have ever had. I actually went to three other BMW dealers before I went to Newport. The rest really could not compare. I highly recommend this dealer. More

After having bought/lleased three cars from Inskip in Warwick, RI, we were ending a lease and purchasing an X1 outright. Over two weeks working with Inskip we were frustrated with their unwillingness to make a good deal with us. We decided to go to BMW of Neeport to see if it was possible to make it work with them but were not too hopeful as we didn't have a longstanding relationship with them. We were fortunate to have Milton meet us at the door. After explaining the situation to him and making it clear that we didn't want to play any games, he came back with a great price from the start. Far better than our "friends" at Inskip. Everything about our experience with Milton, Bill, and Nick was terrific, but it was Milton, in his straightforward honesty that made it all possible. Rhode Islanders tend to be somewhat provincial and don't generally like to drive very far, ourselves included. It is well worth the drive to work with the great team at BMW of Newport. More
