My experience at BMW Newport was uncomparable in respect to other local dealers across RI. Mark worked so hard to find the car we wanted to fit our budget. (I'm a trip computer freak and reset the thing frequently. Radio stations are now preset;bluetooth does the hands-free telephone thing and all this was set up by the savvy folks at the dealership-like pairing up my cell phone to the vehicle equipment and transmission capabilities. I actually WANT to go back and see them for coffee and chatter about Red Sox baseball. It was a new-truly new dealer experience. And it was all good. More
