I highly recommend BMW of Newport. I recently had a great experience there- all employees were very friendly and helpful at all times. My salesman, Mark Tortolani, went above and beyond to ensure that I received exactly what I wanted in purchasing/ordering my new BMW. He followed up with me throughout the whole process and made sure all necessary paperwork was completed, etc. Bill Woodcock was great to deal with as well with respect to financing the vehicle, purchasing warranties, etc. I would definitely purchase another vehicle at BMW of Newport. Mark was friendly, diligent and informative throughout the purchase experience of my 2013 BMW 550i. I really wasn't in the market at the time he initially contacted me, but his considerate persistence pai the purchase experience of my 2013 BMW 550i. I really wasn't in the market at the time he initially contacted me, but his considerate persistence paid off, and he completed the sale. Prior to even meeting me, he was able to pick up intuitively on my 'style and comfort level' of car buying, creating more of an interest than I intended. As a result, before I even knew it, I was signing the papers for a car I hadn't even actually seen yet...lol. If I had any questions before, during or after my purchase, Mark responded immediately (via text, email or phone...) with the information needed in order to make the buying experience comfortable and smooth. Also, he was just excited as I when the car was delivered, which made everything fun, anticipating even more, the first drive home in my new car. Thanks for everything!!! More
Mark Tortolani was the most patient, careful, precise BMW representative at the entire dealership. Mark showed me a new BMW 3 which really didn't suit me after having 5's. Then he showed me the new 5 and we went for a test drive. He explained the features and had me try them as we went along. I fell in love with it and its technology. Bill, the financial expert, was very helpful as well, explaining in laymen's terms the cost, etc. I also need to compliment the Service Department Advisors. They have always been perfectly wonderful and honest. More
Should have never purchased a BMW. I should have stayed with an American car company. BMW does not treat customers fairly nor do they care after a purchase has been made. BMW does not care about an issue with an American car company. BMW does not treat customers fairly nor do they care after a purchase has been made. BMW does not care about an issue with the vehicle. The customer service and customer relations are horrible. Customers are treated as if they are uneducated and do not know what they are talking about. Very regretful about purchasing a BMW. Now stuck with something that I am not happy about driving. It is a horrible thought. More
Very simple process and excellent salesman. Mark was thorough, helpful and very eager to make car buying experience as streamlined as possible. He took care of the details in regards to returning my lease car which was a tremendous time saver for me. Mark appears to enjoy what he does and that translates to his customers. I have never liked the "dance" that you often have to do to get a fair price on a car and that was not the case with Mark. His enthusiasm and professionalism was greatly appreciated.
