It does not get better than this! I recently traded in my 2011 328xi and brought home a new 2014 328xd. I had originally planned on buying the 2011 at lease end but Mark Tortolani poi I recently traded in my 2011 328xi and brought home a new 2014 328xd. I had originally planned on buying the 2011 at lease end but Mark Tortolani pointed out the significant economic benefits of the new diesel-powered 328 and effectively demonstrated its remarkable driving characteristics. It was not easy saying good-bye to the silky-smooth inline six but this new car is simply amazing: somewhat larger, great performer, loaded with advanced technology and about 25% less per mile to own and operate. Mark did a superb job of staying on top of me so I did not miss out on the May specials, paid close attention to all the details of the trade and the financing and worked tirelessly to hit the deadlines. I appreciate his professionalism and recommend both him, his manager Mike Richard and BMW of Newport without hesitation. More

(I'm a trip computer freak and reset the thing frequently. Radio stations are now preset;bluetooth does the hands-free telephone thing and all this was set up by the savvy folks at the dealership-like pairing up my cell phone to the vehicle equipment and transmission capabilities. I actually WANT to go back and see them for coffee and chatter about Red Sox baseball. It was a new-truly new dealer experience. And it was all good. More
