I usually do all the hunting and dealing then my wife checks out my finding and together we do or don't buy the vehicle. I've purchased numerous vehicles over the years including BMW's so I have other dealers and sales associates to compare to Newport. It started with Mary Anne over the phone who was very polite, knowledgeable and agreeable to my concerns. Newport had the vehicle we were interested in. We wanted to just go by and have a look without any pressure to buy. She said she would set us up with Justin Moniz and inform him of our wanting of NO pressure to buy. Justin was waiting for us on Sunday and couldn't have been nicer. There was NO pressure to buy and he was the perfect person to answer all our questions. We took the BMW we were interested in for a test drive and made an appointment for me to come back in the next few days. When we left we were very pleased on how we were treated and how there was NO pressure from Justin. When you go to BMW of Newport you have to ask for Justin. Not only did I find what I wanted, and left with something better, the service I received was outstanding and most importantly they were fair. I did not feel like I was being lied to, tricked, or pressured into buying a car I did not want. Andrew and Bo worked to get me what I want. I just brought my car in for service and Paul was awesome.
