When my 2012 x5 needs service, I call Jeff Dosreis at BMW Newport. Had a battery drain warning for a few weeks. A Local repair shop wanted to replace the battery. The expert BMW tech identified the actual Newport. Had a battery drain warning for a few weeks. A Local repair shop wanted to replace the battery. The expert BMW tech identified the actual cause (a key holder) and fixed it. When you go here you get expert BMW service (the local repair shop lacks) that is fair and reasonable. This Company is customer focused and appreciates you. More
