It’s sad to see negative service surveys due to pricing. If you choose to own a bmw that’s not in warranty plan to pay. What part of the brain tells you the repairs on German cars are inexpensive?? If u want to drive average stick with your Toyota if u want and can pay the repair bills. Drive a bmw. Or buy a warranty or a certified bmw. More

They are terrible! Refused to honor my BMW service contract. I have a 2024 BMW 430 COUPE and I had the oil changed at 5,000 miles at my own expense and they told me t Refused to honor my BMW service contract. I have a 2024 BMW 430 COUPE and I had the oil changed at 5,000 miles at my own expense and they told me that they could not honor BMW's free oil change at 10,000 miles. Crazy! My contract calls for free oil changes at 10k, 20k and 30k miles. More
The service department is ok, but they don’t always have a great attitude. There’s not usually a loaner car available, which causes an inconvenience. I recently had an excellent experience at the BMW Newport dealership in Middletown, RI, and I want to highlight the professionalism and expertise of their team. While my car was in for service, it took longe dealership in Middletown, RI, and I want to highlight the professionalism and expertise of their team. While my car was in for service, it took longer than anticipated, but they were incredibly accommodating throughout the process. They provided a loaner vehicle, which was a huge relief and made my life so much easier during the wait. I especially want to thank Alex from the service department for his exceptional help and support. He was wonderful, attentive, and made sure I was informed every step of the way.
