The service department is ok, but they don’t always have a great attitude. There’s not usually a loaner car available, which causes an inconvenience. While my car was in for service, it took longer than anticipated, but they were incredibly accommodating throughout the process. They provided a loaner vehicle, which was a huge relief and made my life so much easier during the wait.
