Terrible experience. I had an appointment to have my BMW that I purchased at this location serviced. When I arrived I was assigned to an advisor. Set up a "VIP appointment with them, drove an hour each way to get there, arrived early & checked in, only to be ignored. The car we were interested in was nowhere to be found. The one we thought was the test drive car...a salesperson got in & drove off. Found another car we liked, a program car. Finally, 10 minutes after our scheduled "VIP" appointment time, some sales associate came out & told us that the car we were interested in we could not test drive, because the service manager had it the night before, and when he came back, dropped the key in their key box. The service mgr was not there, and he was "the only one with the key to the lockbox." We had had enough...and left. A week later we drove to BMW of Chattanooga & found exactly what we wanted. There, too, we had a "VIP" appointment. When we arrived on time, the car was parked out front, clean and ready to be driven, and a large sign hanging in the window with our name an VIP on it. The service was great and we bought the car. So much for BMW of Nashville. If you like snooty Brentwood attitude...this is the place for you! Otherwise, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. More
THEY SOLD US A PIECE OF S#%@!! We purchased a 2012 BMW 328i in 2019 for our daughter. Just 2 years and under 7,000 miles the car is no good, not worth repairing. The dealership failed to disclose to us that this year and model car has a KNOWN mechanical problem...N20 Timing Chain Failure. So well known that there have been several class action lawsuits filed against BMW. This type of information should be passed along to the consumer. They have definitely violated the "Sale of Goods Act" and their ethics are lacking! The best part is that my daughter had her oil change done at their service department on a Wednesday and on the following Sunday the timing chain broke. According to all the research I've done, the service person should have seen metal shavings in the oil pan. Hmmmm, seems fishy to me. A warning popped up on the dashboard and within seconds her cat stopped abruptly in the middle of the street (on a back road), therefore putting her life at risk. Scared her so bad, she called me crying hysterically. Fortunately, no one was traveling right behind her. More
Worst dealer to do business with. I was sold a Honda Odyssey 2018 on December 1, 2020. All the reviews and data shown to me as well as what the salesperson told me that the Odyssey was a good and relia Odyssey 2018 on December 1, 2020. All the reviews and data shown to me as well as what the salesperson told me that the Odyssey was a good and reliable vehicle, because they had checked everything in it before selling to me. However, in less than 1 month, I had to replace so far, warped rotors and brakes. Worn out tires from different brands, and now the transmission failed while driving on I 65, almost getting into accidents due to the fact that the transmission would not go forward anymore. I have been in contact with them: Victoria Mulea salesperson which told me I would get reimbursed for the brakes, but so far I am still waiting for reimbursement. Fernando White who told me that all vehicle are checked before being sold, however, when I called their service department on the Honda issues I was told that they don't service or repair Hondas. So now the Honda is not driveable because of the transmission, so the least this dealer could do is to pay for the repairs and or take it back and provide me with a good and reliable vehicle, which is the reason I selected this dealer. So if you want no lies and no dishonesty, stay away from BMW of Nashville More
Easy to work with. They were upfront with pricing giving their best price at the start. At closing the deal there was no pushing for dealer options and extras their best price at the start. At closing the deal there was no pushing for dealer options and extras More
was sold a vehicle that was sold to another customer! I have been working with this dealership for about 3 weeks and I have to say I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service I have recei have been working with this dealership for about 3 weeks and I have to say I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service I have received. This has been by far the worst experience of my life. I finally decide on a vehicle and pay the down payment they take my money and tell me will let me know when the vehicle will be delivered. None of that happened after they got my money no word from them at all. I had to call the lm at least 3 to 4 times to see when the car will be delivered. Now granted my salesman told me that he would call me back in 5 or 10 minutes of course that never happened. So again I had to call back again and only to find out that the car was sold! My money was withdrawn after they knew the car was sold! So pissed off is not even a word I can say describe how I feel right. Then to insult me even more they "find" another one on there lot that is 3k more and send it to me! Who does that!?!? I wanted the original deal nothing more but no they decided to be greedy and go up 25 bucks on the note! Won't ever be doing business with BMW OF NASHVILLE AGAIN! And still have not been refunded!! DISHONEST DEALERSHIP ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND MANIPULATION I HAVE EVER WITNESSED!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!! THEY WILL CHEAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND MANIPULATION I HAVE EVER WITNESSED!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!! THEY WILL CHEAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ALL INVOLVED! My son went to lease his 1st car and trade a car that his father owned and had given him permission to trade. This would be his 1st large purchase out of college. He explained his father would need to transfer title to him...no problem, stated the salesman. (BMW later released the salesman.) They made an agreement, signed all the papers and my son took possession of a new car while BMW takes possession of the car his father owns while stating they will mail paperwork to him immediately. The dealership mailed all the paperwork to my husband, who promptly signed and returned it and mailed to the state info that was required. A few days later, the finance mgr called my son, acting extremely ugly, hateful and unprofessional, stating my son needed to charge $6,000 on a credit card until the title was back from the state or return the car. RIDICULOUS!!!! After thinking it over and remembering how the finance mgr treated him, my son decided he would take his business elsewhere and return the car. He returned the car EXACTLY when the finance mgr stated, only to discover, BMW had already sent his car to auction and were awaiting it's return. (The finance mgr had LIED and stated his car was on site.) They gave him a less desirable car to drive while they waited on his to be returned. WEEKS later, his car was finally returned to the dealership and an appointment was made to regain his car and return the other. After first taking possession of the loaner car and keys, they revealed his car. He was SHOCKED at the appearance. 1. It had auction stickers all over it, not removed. Imagine the damage the glue has done to his paint. 2. The rearview mirror was missing with wires dangling!! 3. His car tag was missing. 4. His car storage, where the car tag receipt and history of car service was EMPTY!! 5. The interior was FILTHY!! 6. After driving off the lot, he realized they had taken miscellaneous parts from the engine and now it was not performing properly. Let me state, my husband and I purchased this car for him as a reward for earning a scholarship for college. We maintained it in excellent running condition until BMW took possession of it. My son and husband have made several trips to this dealership to discuss the situation and BMW of NASHVILLE refuses accountability. How absurd!!!! Why send a car to auction until you have the title??? If you are going to send it to auction ASAP, why require a title??? PLEASE, PLEASE do yourself a favor and drive to Huntsville or ANYWHERE else before doing business here. I believe BMW's are great cars. My family has owned 3 previously and loved them all. We have never been treated with corruption UNTIL this dealership. They are the most dishonest, unprofessional and manipulative people I have ever dealt with!!!! I have never written a review like this. Please share with all your friends and family. I do not want anyone else's loved ones taken advantage of like our family has been!! Please read other reviews also. You will see similar stories of their unethical behavior. More

I’m now being forced to hire an attorney and will sue this dealership for four months of stress and hardship, I’m driving illegally, because I have NO WAY TO REGISTER MY VEHICLE and they decided to all of a sudden follow Tennessee laws and refused to extend my temporary tags! I’m getting ready to pay my fourth car payment and technically can’t legally drive to work! This is my only vehicle and I have been dropped without any way to contact them for a status update! They don’t give two xxxxs about the customer, once they get your money! Michelle Hasler is by far the poorest excuse of a finance manager and Carol Lawson was nothing but a lying xxxxx of a salesperson! They want to ignore unhappy customer, now it’s going to get real. I will do everything in my power to get this dealership shutdown! More
