I took my 2021 430i coupe in for a tire replacement. I have had the car less than a month and found a bulge in the tire. I hit a very large unavoidable pothole on the night I purchased the car. I ass I have had the car less than a month and found a bulge in the tire. I hit a very large unavoidable pothole on the night I purchased the car. I assume this is what caused the bulge. Of course, this was not covered under any warranties that were purchased with the car. The cost of the tire replacement was $400+. I had also had 2 major warnings come up on the iDrive screen-Engine Malfunction & Drivetrain Malfunction. The car had 5100 miles on it at the time of the messages. These are pretty major warnings for a practically new car. I asked service to check these warnings and see what was going on. I was told by Brad that could not be done the day I was there because it would take several hours and I was waiting on the car. I said I could leave the car if I could have a loaner. He told me they were not giving out loaners unless the car had to be left for several days. I just paid over $50,000 for a practically brand new car and in less than a month have had to pay for a new tire and have had major engine warnings, and you are not willing to give me something to drive while this is being checked out? I asked Brad if they could just look at the code saved from the message and let me know if the car is safe to drive and I would make arrangements to bring it back to get to the reason for the warnings repaired. After asking three times, Brad finally agreed to check the cause of the message. He reported back that it was a reading from an engine knock sensor. The reading could be from a bad sensor (the car has 5,000 miles). Another reason could be from mice chewing on wires in the engine!? He reported that mouse droppings were found in the engine compartment, and there was a strong possibility the wires have been chewed on causing the sensor to send the warning. Brad informed me if this was the case, none of the repair would be covered under warranty. I told him I keep the car in the garage, have seen no evidence of mice or destructive activity in my garage, have kept 2 vehicles in the garage for the past 6 years and never had a mouse problem with them. I said quite possibly this happened before I got the car, in which case, I have no intention of paying for the repair of this. Brad insinuated that if the mouse problem is the case, that it happed after I received the car, since the sensor went off the first time at 5100 miles. That does not mean the damage was not already there. The fact that 3 weeks after I bought the car, a family of mice took up residence under the hood of my car and have destroyed the wiring, is highly unlikely in my opinion. I do not know for sure the warning message is a result of "chewed" wiring until the car is actually inspected at the time the engine knock sensor is replaced. I do know that if that is what I am told, I will not be paying for the labor of taking the car apart and putting it back together and will be taking the car back to BMW Cool Springs where it was purchased because clearly it had major issues when it was sold to me. I expected top notch customer service for what is said to be an excellent dealership. I did not get that and was very disappointed. More
Victoria Mulea helped me and my brother with 2 custom build M3 comps! Pricing was best in the country, and there were absolutely no games! Victoria updated us every step of the way, from when the build build M3 comps! Pricing was best in the country, and there were absolutely no games! Victoria updated us every step of the way, from when the builds went into production, got on the boat, arrived at the port, and arrived at the dealership. It was an amazing experience, and we got to enjoy Nashville for the day as well! Matt McCain , the sales manager, whom we originally spoke with about getting the cars, is a straight shooter and extremely cordial over the phone when we first started. When we we finalized paperwork a few days before arriving, Omar Nelson, the finance manager, was also super helpful and courteous. Thank you Victoria, Matt, and Omar on an amazing buying experience! And yes, you're all correct...skyscraper grey is a much better color than that ugly brooklyn grey! More
Terrible experience. I had an appointment to have my BMW that I purchased at this location serviced. When I arrived I was assigned to an advisor. Set up a "VIP appointment with them, drove an hour each way to get there, arrived early & checked in, only to be ignored. The car we were interested in was nowhere to be found. The one we thought was the test drive car...a salesperson got in & drove off. Found another car we liked, a program car. Finally, 10 minutes after our scheduled "VIP" appointment time, some sales associate came out & told us that the car we were interested in we could not test drive, because the service manager had it the night before, and when he came back, dropped the key in their key box. The service mgr was not there, and he was "the only one with the key to the lockbox." We had had enough...and left. A week later we drove to BMW of Chattanooga & found exactly what we wanted. There, too, we had a "VIP" appointment. When we arrived on time, the car was parked out front, clean and ready to be driven, and a large sign hanging in the window with our name an VIP on it. The service was great and we bought the car. So much for BMW of Nashville. If you like snooty Brentwood attitude...this is the place for you! Otherwise, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. More
THEY SOLD US A PIECE OF S#%@!! We purchased a 2012 BMW 328i in 2019 for our daughter. Just 2 years and under 7,000 miles the car is no good, not worth repairing. The dealership failed to disclose to us that this year and model car has a KNOWN mechanical problem...N20 Timing Chain Failure. So well known that there have been several class action lawsuits filed against BMW. This type of information should be passed along to the consumer. They have definitely violated the "Sale of Goods Act" and their ethics are lacking! The best part is that my daughter had her oil change done at their service department on a Wednesday and on the following Sunday the timing chain broke. According to all the research I've done, the service person should have seen metal shavings in the oil pan. Hmmmm, seems fishy to me. A warning popped up on the dashboard and within seconds her cat stopped abruptly in the middle of the street (on a back road), therefore putting her life at risk. Scared her so bad, she called me crying hysterically. Fortunately, no one was traveling right behind her. More
Worst dealer to do business with. I was sold a Honda Odyssey 2018 on December 1, 2020. All the reviews and data shown to me as well as what the salesperson told me that the Odyssey was a good and relia Odyssey 2018 on December 1, 2020. All the reviews and data shown to me as well as what the salesperson told me that the Odyssey was a good and reliable vehicle, because they had checked everything in it before selling to me. However, in less than 1 month, I had to replace so far, warped rotors and brakes. Worn out tires from different brands, and now the transmission failed while driving on I 65, almost getting into accidents due to the fact that the transmission would not go forward anymore. I have been in contact with them: Victoria Mulea salesperson which told me I would get reimbursed for the brakes, but so far I am still waiting for reimbursement. Fernando White who told me that all vehicle are checked before being sold, however, when I called their service department on the Honda issues I was told that they don't service or repair Hondas. So now the Honda is not driveable because of the transmission, so the least this dealer could do is to pay for the repairs and or take it back and provide me with a good and reliable vehicle, which is the reason I selected this dealer. So if you want no lies and no dishonesty, stay away from BMW of Nashville More
Easy to work with. They were upfront with pricing giving their best price at the start. At closing the deal there was no pushing for dealer options and extras their best price at the start. At closing the deal there was no pushing for dealer options and extras More
was sold a vehicle that was sold to another customer! I have been working with this dealership for about 3 weeks and I have to say I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service I have recei have been working with this dealership for about 3 weeks and I have to say I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service I have received. This has been by far the worst experience of my life. I finally decide on a vehicle and pay the down payment they take my money and tell me will let me know when the vehicle will be delivered. None of that happened after they got my money no word from them at all. I had to call the lm at least 3 to 4 times to see when the car will be delivered. Now granted my salesman told me that he would call me back in 5 or 10 minutes of course that never happened. So again I had to call back again and only to find out that the car was sold! My money was withdrawn after they knew the car was sold! So pissed off is not even a word I can say describe how I feel right. Then to insult me even more they "find" another one on there lot that is 3k more and send it to me! Who does that!?!? I wanted the original deal nothing more but no they decided to be greedy and go up 25 bucks on the note! Won't ever be doing business with BMW OF NASHVILLE AGAIN! And still have not been refunded!!
