The worst service center that I have ever used. Plan on a 3 hour oil change. How does it take a service center 3 hours to perform a simple oil change AND YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. After asking th Plan on a 3 hour oil change. How does it take a service center 3 hours to perform a simple oil change AND YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. After asking the service desk the status of my car he went back to the technician who had to be searched for to return to working on the car. The technician then stared me down before putting air in the tires. For a high end dealership to perform such bad service is shocking. Once my service agreement is up I'm never going back. More

My vehicle was suppose to be shipped and I was told I would be contacted when the vehicle was picked up. I was told that my vehicle was going to be picked up the next day (today) and NO one called me and they refuse to take my call. Additionally, the dealership continues to send me paperwork to sign because it wasn't done properly in the office. I currently sit with no knowledge of where my vehicle is, no help from customer service, and no one answering my call. This has been the worst car buying experience. I wish I read the review prior to doing a deal with this company. More
My recently out of warranty BMW X5 had a service light come on, I booked an appointment with BMW Nashville. I received more than service, I received a repair bill for over $20,000. I declined their servic come on, I booked an appointment with BMW Nashville. I received more than service, I received a repair bill for over $20,000. I declined their services and took my car to Kennedy Performance Center in Nashville. My repair bill from them was $0.00. Who does that? The most legitimate, honest and righteous BMW service company likely in the United States. Well done gentlemen, you've earned a customer for life. BMW Nashville should be ashamed of themselves, you've lost a customer for life. No new car sales or services from me ever again. Why would Kennedy Performance Center tell me that there was nothing wrong with my car, when they have every incentive to sell me repairs that I don't need. I gave them BMW Nashville's repair statement. Honesty goes a long way with me. I have no affiliation with Kennedy Performance Center, however if you're not taking your car there for service or modifications, you're likely getting robbed. More
I got my pre owned 540i and had a great experience. It was fast, straightforward, and fair. Austin and Jacob made it a smooth process. I would definitely recommend and buy here again. BEWARE OF OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE PRICING. Per Google X5 windshield washer pump replacement is BETWEEN $265 and $328. BMW charged me $938. According to the service department, the BMW Repai Per Google X5 windshield washer pump replacement is BETWEEN $265 and $328. BMW charged me $938. According to the service department, the BMW Repair Manual says it's a 3.5 Hour Job. Actually completed in less than 1.5 Hours. SERVICE ADVISOR told me "They are like plumbers." "If they tell me 3.5 hours and it only takes 1.5 hours, they still charge me 3.5 hours". THIS IS TOTALLY ADMITTING THEY ARE DISHONEST IN THEIR SERVICE QUOTES. I have been to other BMW service departments that do not OVERCHARGE just because they can. ALSO FOR AN OIL CHANGE THEY CHARGE $75 FOR AN OIL DISPOSAL FEE THAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT WHEN QUOTING PRICE OF AN OIL CHANGE. All HONEST Oil Change sites include the FEE in their price. I checked with Jiffy Lube, Goodyear, Express Oil and Valvoline. TOP COST FOR A BMW X5 OIL CHANGE, $129 plus tax. OIL DISPOSAL INCLUDED. Asked for the Service Manager to call me. No response. IF YOU ASKED ME, DO NOT USE BMW OF NASHVILLE. VERY DISHONEST AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. More
JB is my go to Guy in the service department. He is always dependable, responds quickly and very helpful. I recently needed to use my wheel and tire warranty for my X3 BMW. JB immediately called roadside service and scheduled them to pick up my car. He text the next day to follow up to see the car had been picked up, which it hadn’t been done. JB sent another request out to roadside service and my was picked up that night. He notified me that he had the car and when it was completed. I appreciate JB for always making my experience positive at BMW. More
We were looking for a used EV, and found the right one at BMW of Nashville. It has been 13 years since we last bought a car, and we live 500 miles away, but Ben and Ryan were extremely patient and accommodating. In spite of a cyberattack that affected car dealerships nationwide, they made things work smoothly when we arrived. They are low-pressure, customer service-oriented, and true to their word. They gave us a great price, too! Ben made sure the car was fully charged for our long drive home, and even provided a portable charging cable. BMW of Nashville exceeded our expectations in every way! CPO Sham at BMW of Nashville As a seasoned BMW owner (7 BMW purchases not including my family), with experience in both new and CPO purchases, I was excited to find a CPO X5 at BMW of Nashville. Unfortu (7 BMW purchases not including my family), with experience in both new and CPO purchases, I was excited to find a CPO X5 at BMW of Nashville. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal, riddled with CPO violations, communication breakdowns, and potential safety hazards. CPO Checklist Ignored: - A deeply gouged door panel, well beyond "wear and tear," went unnoticed during the CPO inspection. Pictures don't lie, and this was no minor oversight. - Many dents and dings that should have been repaired with PDR. - The car lacked a second key, a standard inclusion for CPO vehicles. - Ambient lighting hasn't worked since, and the driver assistance features mysteriously stopped working within hours of driving off the lot. BMWNA Expenses Ignored, Customers Burdened: Adding insult to injury, the dealership failed to follow the BMW Center Operations Manual. The reconditioning of a CPO vehicle is meant to be billed to BMWNA, not passed on to the customer, while also taking away the financial burden from the BMW Center certifying the vehicle for reconditioning. By neglecting this policy, BMW of Nashville shirked their responsibility and has now burdened me with unnecessary costs. Radio Silence - Profit Over Customer Care: My attempts to address these issues were met with deafening silence from both my Client Advisor and even the General Managers. While my inbox overflows with upsell emails regarding extended warranties for my M340i and newly purchased X5, my concerns about the CPO violations remain unanswered. It seems customer satisfaction takes a backseat to profit at BMW of Nashville. Taking My Business Elsewhere, Seeking Accountability: Needless to say, BMW of Nashville has lost my trust and future business. Unresolved CPO violations, and communication blackouts solidify my decision. I’ve yet to submit the post sales surveys. I will ensure my honest feedback reaches BMWNA, detailing the CPO violations, lack of communication, and disregard for Center Operations Manual guidelines. Remember, customers shouldn't be burdened with a dealership's negligence. Now I’ll need to spend quite a bit of money to recondition this “CPO” vehicle. Seek a Trusted BMW Center: Avoid the headache and head to another dealership for a truly professional and transparent CPO experience. Visit Ivan at BMW of Gwinnett Place and avoid BMW of Nashville.
