While I typically don’t respond to reviews, I will not remain silent when my integrity is questioned. BMW of Nashville operates two locations: Brentwood and Armory Oaks. My vehicle purchase and the unfortunate experience involving Ben occurred at the Armory Oaks location. The employee I referenced can be contacted at Benjamin.Mulaosmanovic@bmwofnashville.com ironically, the same email domain provided to me for follow-up. It’s disappointing that instead of taking accountability, the dealership has chosen to dismiss my concerns and attempt to protect its reputation through denial. I hope potential customers read this and understand that, in my experience, BMW of Nashville not only provides poor customer service but also fails to address legitimate complaints in a truthful and professional manner.

Mr. Michael, Looking at our records, it looks like you came in stating your vehicle was out of warranty and you wanted an inspection. We did an inspection on the vehicle and recommended what we know needs to be addressed eventually. Your vehicle didn’t have any warning lights nor it was in for any issues, but you are going to have to address those things at some point. We did the inspection for free and gave you recommendations for you to make a decision in the future. I will be more than glad to elaborate and explain further. MORE REASON NOT TO TRUST BMW OF NASHVILLE. YOU HAVE NO CLUE OF WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. I PURCHASED FOR $225 DOLLARS, A "3 YEAR OIL CHANGE MAINTENANCE PLAN PURCHASE." NOT FREE! SO YOU TELL EVERYONE READING THIS "SOME IDIOT IS COMPLAINING ABOUT FREE OIL CHANGES." I AM ONLY AN IDIOT FOR GOING TO BMW OF NASHVILLE. YOU APPEAR TO BE DECEITFUL OR NOT TOO SMART. ANYONE USING YOUR SERVICE IS DUMB FOR NOT DOING THEIR HOMEWORK ON YOUR PRICE GOUGING. ALSO YOU CAN SHARE (LOOK AT MY FILE PLEASE) WITH EVERYONE ONE OF MY VISITS THAT BMW OF NASHVILLE CHARGED ME $150 TO ADD 2.5 GALLONS OF DEF (DIESEL EXHAUST FUEL) TO MY DIESEL X5. 2.5 GALLONS OF FRAM DEF AT ADVANCE AUTO IS $9.99. IT TAKES ME LESS THAN TEN MINUTES TO ADD 2.5 GALLONS OF DEF. SHARE THAT ONE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR ME. YOUR RESPONSE SHOULD BE "YES IT IS TRUE WE CHARGED OVER $150 FOR THIS SERVICE OVER 3 YEARS AGO." I AM SURE YOU WILL NOT. ALSO PLEASE ADVISE YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT BMW NASHVILLE CHARGES $209.96/HOUR FOR LABOR. ALSO SHARE, AND IF YOU TELL BMW CUSTOMERS THAT IT WILL TAKE 5 HOURS TO FIX YOUR VEHICLE AND THE MECHANIC TAKES 1 HOUR, THEY STILL WILL CHARGE YOU 5 HOURS. ITS THAT FAIR? YEAH. COMMENT ON THAT FOR ALL YOUR UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS. THEY ONLY REASON I FOUND OUT ABOUT THEIR "POLICY" WAS I WAITED FOR MY CAR. TOLD ME 3.5 HOURS. TOOK 1.5. CHARGED ME 3.5 HOURS. ALSO SHARE I HAVE ASKED YOUR SERVICE MANAGER JEFF CRANE TO CALL ME BACK 3 TIMES AND HE HAS NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME. I HAVE BEEN TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES HE IS SO BUSY. I BELIEVE HE DOES NOT CARE. I HAVE FOUND NO ONE AT BMW NASHVILLE THAT DOES. MY OPINION. GET ANOTHER PRICE ANYWHERE BEFORE YOU AGREE TO ANY WORK HERE AND YOU WILL SAVE A LOT OF MONEY.
