My wife and I were looking for a new X5 and on very short notice, Michael Maely was able to spend all the time we needed to test drive and then purchase the X5. Michael was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was not “pushy” during the process. Once we made the decision to purchase, Jason Grimm also did an outstanding job getting the financing and extra programs processed in an accurate and timely manner. Once the purchase was complete Michael followed up with us and also made sure all the additional items that were promised got done quickly. Out of state purchase. Found a vehicle that interested me and Michael Maely was amazing! Skipped a bunch of them. Anyhow, Felt like I knew him before I met him. I brought my 2012 335is convertible to this dealer due to an issue with my hardtop that my friend could not fix at the dealership he works for. BMW fixed the mechanical issue. I had a slightly cracked trim an issue with my hardtop that my friend could not fix at the dealership he works for. BMW fixed the mechanical issue. I had a slightly cracked trim piece on the hardtop. The piece was still attached, and I had no problem with it when putting up or taking down my hardtop. It had a small crack but still maintained the ascetics of the car. The mechanic broke the piece off. He said it happened when he was putting the top down. Like I said before, the piece had endured at least 50 complete rotations of the top. So instead of mentioning that they broke off the piece, they only offered to replace the piece for an estimated $1,700. I asked for the piece back and they had thrown it away. They found it and it was now in three pieces. It was clear that the pieces were snapped of. Again, I admit the piece had a small crack, but it still served its purpose. Now I have a missing piece that is over two inches long and exposes a metal rod and elbow to the elements. The mechanic would not take responsibility and just walked away. I was hoping that the service representative who created up the work order would offer something but all he gave me was the broken pieces. My only mistake was not asking Drew to have it resolved right there and then. then again, I had to leave to get my child off the bus. More
