Purchased a pre-owned Range Rover from this dealership’s general sales manager last June 2023. Sadly 3 days after I owned the vehicle the check engine light came on. They took it back and kept it for a mont general sales manager last June 2023. Sadly 3 days after I owned the vehicle the check engine light came on. They took it back and kept it for a month and charged the aftermarket warranty company (which they sell) a lot of $ for work unrelated to the issue for which it was brought back as confirmed by a certified Landrover mechanic. To which in all fairness they are not…Also, a month later purchased a 2011 Lexus GX470 which was checked out throughly by their mechanics..according to them. This dealership did a basic oil change when it was brought in as a trade in and out back on the lot. A month later we were told by certified Lexus mechanic that it had a major oil leak at the timing belt and to get rid of it as it was a manufacturer's defect by the way the machine molded the cover at factory…it was a trade in at their dealership as the previous owner new they had a major problem and didn’t disclose to the dealer. However, when you are told by the dealership that it’s been checked out…you trust them. Never again will I buy a single vehicle from these flim flam artists. Buyer beware and go somewhere else…. I've purchased many luxury cars in my lifetime - my experience with BMW of Myrtle Beach was one of the best overall. Ordering my car couldn't have been simpler - I configured the car online, spoke to a salesperson (Michael Sclafani) over the phone, we negotiated an acceptable price, and the car was ordered. No need for anything face-to-face, saving me the trip to Myrtle Beach until the car was ready for pickup. All along the way, Michael kept me updated on the status of my new car and I found him honest, conscientious and easy to work with. Best of all, my car came in sooner than I expected and was exactly what I configured. There were no surprises on the price and picking up my car was easy. I'm fairly new to this part of the country, but I feel like I've found a gem with BMW of Myrtle Beach...I'll definitely look to them next time I'm ready to buy. More

From our initial conversation, to driving off the lot, Michael made sure that my wife and I had every piece of information we could ever need to be 1000% satisfied with our purchase. I was genuinely impressed by his product knowledge, not only with the BMW lineup but other vehicles on the lot. Ive dealt with many sales people who are clueless about what they are selling, but this was not the case. The finance department was able to get me a great rate, save me some money, and get me out the door in a timely fashion. I look forward to another Myrtle Beach trip, to do business with them in the future. More
