Have since moved 4 hours north but decided to make the trip to Myrtle Beach in hopes of the same buying experience this time. My expectations were more than met with Waylon Johnson and Jacob Vinson. Honest, forthright and genuinely sincere. So much so, my wife and I ended by 2 cars within 36 hours. This dealership is class all the way. As a special send off we had Mercedes-Benz Concierge Tanya initiate on all the features in the new Mercedes. More

Tried to charge me for a BMW Recall. My sons BMW has a fire recall and the service department tried to charge me, which i now know is against the law. He says well what if we take it apart and its not the recall. I said what if my 17 year old sons car starts on fire while he is driving. The service guy looked at me like he had 1 brain cell left. Great Customer Service I am giving you 5 stars and I didnt even get my x5 repaired. I was in Myrtle beach for the holidays and my car started making this weird noise as I wa I am giving you 5 stars and I didnt even get my x5 repaired. I was in Myrtle beach for the holidays and my car started making this weird noise as I was driving down the strip. I looked up the nearest dealer and found BMW of Myrtle Beach. I got there withing 1.5 hours of closing on a Saturday and explained I was out of town and having engine trouble. They took my car in and got a mechanic on it right away and even asked me to ride with the driver to determine the noise. One hour later we pretty much come to the conclusion it was the belt and tensioner... they looked up the parts and gave me two choices, drive home on it (noise had stopped) or they would gladly arrange for me to come back Monday morning and the would repair it first thing. I decided to drive the 3.5 hrs home... They did all of this and did not charge me for the time... Big thanks to the tech (i dont recall his name) and the service advisor Chris Chuako. Very very impressive to treat me this way an non customer. I hope the GM or owner reads this, these guys need a raise....smile More
Customer Service for repeat customers, NO! I have been a repeat customer of this dealership for the past 6 years, but thanks to employees using the new cars and Parking lot as their personal tr I have been a repeat customer of this dealership for the past 6 years, but thanks to employees using the new cars and Parking lot as their personal track that ended today. While being on the lot to have my car serviced, an employee was moving cars around speeding through the lot and when turning out out of the lot towards the back of the service area, was squalling tires. I have never seen an employee drive around the lot and misshandel new BMWs in such a manner. When trying to explain to the general manager about how unsafe and foolish this was,he acted like I was in the wrong and asked me to leave. Removed my car from the service area and left. I will be following up with BMW corporate. I can buy a car from any dealer, so I will not be treated with such disrespect. More
