Refused to Refund Deposit After a nationwide search, I found a 2016 CPO BMW X-3 on the website of BMW of Myrtle Beach. The description was just what we were looking for, but After a nationwide search, I found a 2016 CPO BMW X-3 on the website of BMW of Myrtle Beach. The description was just what we were looking for, but there were no pictures. I called and made a $1,000 non-refundable deposit "if pictures do not meet standards of a BMW CPO vehicle." The vehicle was offsite for recall service. After 13 days I had not received a normal package of pictures. I called several time, and got excuses and uncertain answers on when I would get pictures. I had also been told over the phone that the finance manager could obtain certain financing. Not true, then they offered something else with unknown lenders. At the end of 13 days, after the poor responses that I was receiving, I became uncomfortable with making a cross-the-country purchase so I sent an email explaining the reason for requesting cancellation of the purchase and requesting a refund. The dealership refused. I sent several more emails. The Sales Manager wouldn't reply. My point was that the dealership knew what they had, but without a normal set of pictures, I couldn't see what they could see. I have made a long-distance purchase before, and with a full set of pictures I could see what I was buying. I feel that this dealership showed a "screw you" attitude toward a long-distance customer. Buyer beware! More

Honest, forthright and genuinely sincere. So much so, my wife and I ended by 2 cars within 36 hours. This dealership is class all the way. As a special send off we had Mercedes-Benz Concierge Tanya initiate on all the features in the new Mercedes. More

Tried to charge me for a BMW Recall. My sons BMW has a fire recall and the service department tried to charge me, which i now know is against the law. He says well what if we take it apart and its not the recall. I said what if my 17 year old sons car starts on fire while he is driving. The service guy looked at me like he had 1 brain cell left.
