Tried to get a part number for a module that BMW wants over $400 for and they said it is their policy not to give out part numbers due to losing revenue. It seems that if your BMW is not in warranty anymore, every time you make an oil change will be an array of new items that need fixing/ replacement and will cost a minimum of +$2,000 per item. Apparently every time you make an oil change will be an array of new items that need fixing/ replacement and will cost a minimum of +$2,000 per item. Apparently is a mistake of owning this type of car for 5 years (BMW x5 2015) best advice we got (from the service team) was leasing or trade in below 45,000 miles. Lesson learned. More

Rip-off Service Center I purchased a 2011 X5 this past January 2018 based on the service record provided by Myrtle Beach BMW. Less than 90 day it started making a engine noi I purchased a 2011 X5 this past January 2018 based on the service record provided by Myrtle Beach BMW. Less than 90 day it started making a engine noise. I scheduled service to check it out. They called me a week later telling me it needs a new engine at $20,000. Which is a few thousand more than I paid for the vehicle. My warranty company requested the engine to be broken down to the point of failure. Long story short. They only loosened a few bolts from the oil pan and didn’t notify myself or warranty company it was ready for inspection. They pushed my X5 to the side for two months. I paid them $2300 for an inspection that never happened. What a lousy service center. I had my broken X5 hauled away. I don’t recommend purchasing or getting service at this dealership. More
