X5 Oil Change First visit to have service performed on our X5. Was greeted very nicely & Hannah Loveday was very friendly & answered all my questions. She let me know about the oil change special that saved me $40. I was ok with the wait 2.5 hrs, she offered to have me taken somewhere for breakfast, I declined & just waited. No big deal it was Saturday morning. I like the snacks provided & the tv. Nice waiting area. I appreciated the email, that told of all the systems they checked as part of the service, our vehicle passed all these inspections. My thanks to the technician who serviced our X5 & to Hannah.
