Excellent Customer Service I was searching for a new luxury SUV and looked everywhere (Lexus, Mercedes, Infinity, Cadillac, Range Rover, etc.). I chose BMW. The BMW buying exp I was searching for a new luxury SUV and looked everywhere (Lexus, Mercedes, Infinity, Cadillac, Range Rover, etc.). I chose BMW. The BMW buying experience was very refreshing. They're not stuffy like some of the other dealers. They were down to earth, friendly, helpful people (even the owner was a casual, easy going guy). He even changed the radio station for me. Frank searched everywhere to get me exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure at all. Since we couldn't find what I wanted, we ended up building the car (which I've never done before) and ordered it to my specifications. Frank kept me updated throughout the entire process. I'm very satisfied and excited about my new car. It was a great experience! More
