The staffs are very nice from sales representative to service advisor Victoria Guthery, that made my experience pleasant and stress free, and to the person who greeted me as I drive in and to the person at the front desk. BMW Murrieta even provided me with a 2016 525i BMW loaner just for the simple 1st service for my car. Typical dealership will normally do not give a loaner for this type of service/repair.
