Because of Victoria excellent communications skill, the technician was able to efficiently diagnose the issue and formulate a solution. Victoria quickly and precisely communicated the technician's solution to me which I concurred and one hour later, I got my vehicle and back out on the road. So far, my vehicle is doing good and I don't forsee having to bring it back for the condition it is being monitored for 1,000 miles. Thank you BMW Murrieta Dealership and thanks again Victoria! More
