Our sales person, Carl, made the entire process the most positive car buying experience I've ever had. And I would highly recommend buying a car from him again. He even put a giant red bow on the car, which made me laugh as I commented 'that I felt like I was in a Lexus Xmas commercial. ' Carl commented 'with BMW everyday is Xmas.' Yes, it felt like Xmas.
