She is very straight forward, without any BS and provides the customer with the true status of the vehicle. I did not have an appointment,as my problem arose suddenly and required immediate attention, Victoria took charge and not only did she tend to my car , she was able to get me into a loaner vehicle in a matter of a few minutes . Although the repair required new hardware and software re-programming ,she kept me informed of status and when she anticipated my vehicles would be returned. Great customer service and quick deal! I dealt with Brandon and Ryon Holland at the dealership. Brandon drove the vehicle to my house to make sure it would fit in my garage- no small "ask" I dealt with Brandon and Ryon Holland at the dealership. Brandon drove the vehicle to my house to make sure it would fit in my garage- no small "ask", as I live 1/2 hour away from the dealership. Ryon handled the paperwork at the dealership and there were no issues whatsoever. Since it was month end, their inside staff was buried and Ryon kept apologizing for it taking so long, but it wasn't that bad at all. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership in a heartbeat. These folks have tons of integrity and won't waste your time. More
