Usually there are a flock of salesmen that bombard you and make you feel so uncomfortable. When we arrived, we were not flocked, just greeted with smiles. We were greeted by the manager and then met John Hardin. He was very nice and knowledgeable. There was no pressure at all from him. He made us feel very comfortable by offering drinks and being very patient. When we sat down to do our bid on a car, it wasn't that ridiculous game most dealers put you through by going back and forth to the manager. It was a very quick and reasonable bidding process. Also, again, no pressure. When all was said and done, we were presented with a bow on our car and he set up our car for us. John Hardin is an amazing salesman! We will definitely use him again and highly recommended him if you are buying! Can't thank him enough for his help and such a pleasurable experience! No stress, no pressure, just pleasant, friendly, patient, accommodating and amazing before and after the sale! More
