I called BMW of Escondido to see if I could get a service appointment there (as it was closer to my home), but was shocked at the rudeness of the young lady answering the service line. It was clear she thought I was a "bother" and didn't care if my service business went to that dealership. So... I call BMW of Murrietta and was thrilled to be treated like a valuable customer. Made an appointment and was further thrilled to be treated to first class service. I will never take our BMW to any other dealership for service and they've already won me over for all future purchases of cars. More
