Most excelent customer experience I have ever had! I reached out asking about used inventory because I needed a car soon. I received an email back from Carl asking what I am looking for. I received a list of cars that met my needs and scheduled a visit for a test drive. After I test drove the car I decided I wanted to go ahead and make the purchase. Carl and the team worked hard to get me a fantastic deal on the car far below blue book. I was out in less than an hour with the car I wanted thanks to their efficient process. Never have I ever been in and out of a dealership so fast. Didn't even get to finish my coffee!. Thank you Carl and George for the fantastic experience! More

When I leased the car... don’t feel I got a fair trade value for my 2008 BMW convertible, never got a test drive of new car , took my car is Sat . New one not delivered ‘til late Tuesday and had to drive their old , huge ,dirty X 5 and lease reduced from normal 36 months to 33 months, probably to increase their profit on this deal. Not interested in doing business with them again! More

I had read Dave’s reviews online, and decided to give him a try. What an experience! Not only was the price great, but everything was straight forward with no surprises. He even arranged for the car to be transported from SoCal to NorCal in less than a week. Outstanding Experience and Totally Transparent I found Dave through a forum called Leasehackr. Funny enough I had unbeknownst to be leased M-Sport 7 series car from the manager at BMW Murrieta, Geo I found Dave through a forum called Leasehackr. Funny enough I had unbeknownst to be leased M-Sport 7 series car from the manager at BMW Murrieta, George, not 8 months earlier! Dave immediately got to work when I told him my father was in the market for a new BMW X5. We found the terms agreeable, the price was so good that my dad made the 1 hour+ drive from Irvine to take delivery. Truly the best in all of SoCal - trust me, I checked. Dave made my family feel welcome at the dealership and the paperwork was a breeze. All the numbers matched up and he even got us a better deal than we discussed initially! I can't recommend Dave and BMW of Murrieta enough as they've shown me time and time again that they put the customer first and provide excellent service from start to finish. More

Best car buying eperience ever I had been looking online for months for a car. I knew exactly what I wanted and I finally found it at BMW of Murrieta. Since we live 50 miles away I had been looking online for months for a car. I knew exactly what I wanted and I finally found it at BMW of Murrieta. Since we live 50 miles away we called to make sure that the car was still available before we drove up. Carl answered the phone and assured us the car was still there so we told him we were on our way. When we got there he had the car up front and ready for us to look at. Everyone at the dealership is professional and friendly and Carl was a pleasure to deal with. And Christopher in the financing department made the process efficient and easy. He went out of his way to get me the best rate he could find. The whole experience from the time we drove on the lot to putting the final signature on the last document was great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a BMW, even if you have to drive a little farther. I got the car of my dreams, and, silver lining, at a price that I could afford. More

Lives up to his reputation and more! I was starting to feel like I’d never find the car I wanted at a price I felt was reasonable and the experiences I was having with other salespeople w I was starting to feel like I’d never find the car I wanted at a price I felt was reasonable and the experiences I was having with other salespeople were frustrating to say the least! I felt completely overwhelmed and confused and ready to give up. Dave responded to my first e-mail quite late in the evening, quickly located a car to fit my needs at another dealer, gave me the best price I’d seen RIGHT off the bat with no games. I picked it up got to meet him and experience his fabulous service in person. He really took the time to walk me through the car and set up and explain the key features AND even after all this, said I could contact him personally if I had any further questions. If only there were more like him out there! As a woman, I tend to feel intimidated in situations like this. He didn’t talk down to me at all and was extremely patient. He’s a gem. Don’t even waste your time at other dealerships, go with Dave and get your BMW experience the way it ought to be! More
